• Former College & Professional Baseball Player
• Varsity Football standout at a 6A high school in Central Florida
• Lifelong athlete & competitor — I’ve lived and breathed sports my whole life

• Graduate of Salisbury University
• Mentored by Matt Nein, 2018 NCAA Strength Coach of the Year & Team USA Lacrosse Head Strength Coach
