Hope our tenants love the bathroom remodels - we sure are happy with how they turned out! Bye-bye old and rusty, hello new and shiny!! Wish we would have taken before pictures with the cracked old laminate flooring and sinks falling off the wall but we didn’t think about until now.

Today we had to post this sign at both the Lapeer Building as well as the store in Rochester Hills. No matter what our personal beliefs are, or what your personal beliefs are, we are a small business and we can not afford to pay the state any fines.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed executive order 2020-147, which reiterates that individuals are required to wear a face covering whenever they are in an indoor public space. It also requires the use of face coverings in crowded outdoor spaces. Most significantly, the order requires any business that is open to the public to refuse entry or service to people who refuse to wear a face covering, with limited exceptions.
