The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) concept was developed and implemented by the Los Angeles City Fire Department (LAFD) in 1985. Further, it confirmed the need for training civilians to meet their immediate needs. Join us for the Emergency Response for Accidents Involving Livestock (ERAIL) training to gain hands-on skills and knowledge to keep both people and animals safe during emergencies.
