Someone asked if I retired. I replied and thought I should share with the world! Or…at least our IG followers.🙃

“Not retired, but this second winter season in a COVID world has certainly tried me. Unfortunately, at this point in the business, Runabout rises and falls with me. I’ve wanted to grow it beyond myself but have been battling to regain momentum since the start of the pandemic.

The idle nature of this winter and the general stress of a small business in combination with family responsibilities has proven to be such a challenge that I do feel forced to reevaluate some things both personal and professional.

That said, we are still booking events at this point, but I am also investing in other areas of my life as I figure out what’s best for Runabout and, most importantly, myself and my family.

I love Runabout and the work we’ve done, but I also need stability that can carry me through the year. I simply can’t rebuild after every winter. I’m sure you can understand.”
