Loose siding? That’s how problems start.
We went through this home and secured siding along the top and under windows, resealed around the electrical mast, and fixed a section on the lake side where siding was coming apart. Cleaning it up nicely!
Pulled it apart, reset it properly, and made sure everything is tight and sealed like it should be.
Small fixes like this prevent bigger issues later.

We replaced damaged metal sheets, fixed the wood slats along the eave, and installed new fascia on the rake end.
Added new panels with corner trim, tightened up the headwall flashing, and reinforced the upper overhang with longer screws where wind was lifting it.
Now it’s solid and ready for whatever weather comes next.
