In 2023, I proudly launched my first wall calendar focused on self-love, titled "Self-Love From the Inside Out." This calendar provides a monthly plan to help individuals prioritize their well-being. Dedicating one day per month to your well-being may seem simple, yet we often place others’ needs above our own. This calendar serves as a powerful reminder that it is time to shift that focus.
