We encountered a very troublesome problem. Due to the guest's own miscalculation, he slandered us on Google and Lansing Chowhounds. I was unable to defend myself on Lansing Chowhounds. It has caused irreparable damage to our restaurant. They closed the comment function for me. I sent the guest bill for that day. The tip was paid by the guest himself at the credit card machine. I don't know what the problem is?
