These are the factors a seed needs to transform into a seedling! As these factors spur growth in a seed, the embryonic root, stem, and leaves emerge from dormancy and form. In a short time, the epicotyl erupts from the soil, allowing the plant to begin photosynthesis, which will completely dictate its growth throughout its life cycle.

We have growth happening now – our onions are sprouting, our geraniums are emerging, and our Team Members are leading the way into the 2026 growing season.

What is your favorite part of working at Rev Farms/Peckham? - Peckham facilitates a great work-life balance. I love that I have a good work schedule but then have time to enjoy my personal life.

Why do you enjoy showing up to work? - I have a profound sense of pride in the unity I feel with my coworkers at Rev East.

Why is Peckham special? - I love how easy it is to understand Peckham's mission, as well as understand who the people of Peckham really are.

What is a fun fact about you? - My favorite hobby is ceramic painting.
