elle, I am a very confident therapist and enjoy working on a one to one individual basis to bring about healing and changes in the body and mind. We have been taught to live in less than our greatness and I want to lead you back to that correct perspective.I love to educate clients about their body and their mind and how perfect it is. We just need to learn to listen to what our body is tellling us. When we have long standing stresses or injuries the messages can get dulled. When the body releases the tensions holding you will find that the mind eases as well. We begin to be aware of emotions and or traumas sitting in the body. I have had incredible success with clients with long term pain as well as acute pain from sudden injuries. I work as a psycho therapist to let you understand what the mind is creating in your physical world and how to embrace your perfection to lead the life you want instead of being pulled around on auto. Our world is filled with many occurances to keep us from knowing and having a relationship with the deeper parts of ourselves which often bring about the greatest aspects of healing. We tend to turn away from the inner and look to outer experiences to satsify our needs. I have found in my life and client experiences that this does not work. I love to work with clients to get to know their true nature and bring about intense changes in their lives. I am able to assist clients in bringing rapid changes and deep understandings of themselves. I only lead the client through their own experience. I utilize many techniques for this. I have had extensive training in Transformational Hypnotherapy, Emotional Release Technique, Intuitive Counseling, Release Therapy and my own life and love.
