For me? I agreed.
1. No one even knows how much you weigh, seriously,I've asked around, and no one got it right (for the record everyone underestimated)
2. I am in my 40's, a mom,with a full time job, a husband, and friends/family. I don't have the mental load or energy to force myself to a weight that may or may not be realistic.
3. When I pay more attention to my sleep, my physical activity, and what foods make me feel good (yes salad and ice cream BOT make me feel good), my mental health is better than when I focus on numbers (like calories or the scale).

What are your thoughts?

PS. Most clients I've been seeing arent after a number on the scale these days- it's about longevity, disease prevention ro treatment, feeling better, and having more energy. Just food for thought.
