We are hiring a Frontend Developer Intern (Onsite) at SammTech Ltd. If you know your way around Next.js, we want to meet you.

Location: Ring Road, Shyamoli, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

- Convert UI designs into responsive web pages
- Work with React.js to build real features
- Integrate APIs and handle frontend logic
- Fix bugs, refactor code, and improve performance (less important)
- Use Git properly (branching, commits, pull requests)
- Follow instructions and regular communication (prioritized)
- Be respectful and must be adaptable with the environment

Requirements:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js and REST APIs
- Git & GitHub basics
- Willingness to learn and take feedback seriously
- Work under pressure (important)

Good to Have:

- Tailwind CSS, TypeScript basics, Node.js / NestJS familiarity
- Any small personal or academic project
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted coding and prompt-based debugging

Remuneration:

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign monitoring & performance optimization.
- Website tracking and analytics management.
- Coordination with creative and marketing teams.
- Generating actionable insights from campaign data.
- Monitoring ad performance, budget, and reporting.

Expanded Responsibilities:

- Tracking & Analytics: Manage website tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure proper event tracking across platforms.
- Server-Side Monitoring: Understanding of server-side tracking/checking to maintain better data accuracy and attribution.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key marketing metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion data to improve campaign efficiency.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Break down campaign data and generate insights to make informed marketing decisions.
- Campaign Scaling: Identify high-performing campaigns and optimize strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Pliuspoint), and reporting tools.
- Communication: Strong command of English and Bengali for professional communication and reporting.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience).
