Real people. Real progress. Real impact. 💙
Behind every milestone is courage, persistence, and a community willing to walk alongside someone through the recovery journey.
We are grateful for our Specialty Programs team and the individuals who continue to prove that recovery is possible.🩵

Every connection matters.
We're proud to support the work of our Specialty Programs Peer Co-Responder Team and the community partnerships that help connect individuals to treatment, resources, and recovery support when they need it most. 💙
Recovery begins with connection—and sometimes that connection starts alongside a law enforcement officer.
The Peer Co-Responder partners with local law enforcement to provide a compassionate, recovery-oriented response that prioritizes connection over crisis whenever possible. By responding alongside officers, our certified peer recovery specialists help bridge the gap between emergency response and long-term recovery.
To promote Access, Education, and Advocacy we work to:
• Connect individuals to treatment and community resources quickly.
• Provide education about recovery, mental health, and available supports.
• Advocate for people navigating complex systems while reducing barriers to care.
This diversion initiative helps reduce unnecessary arrests and emergency department visits, increases engagement in treatment, and reminds people that recovery is possible—even during life’s most difficult moments.
Every encounter is an opportunity to build trust, restore hope, and change the trajectory of someone’s life.
Thank you to our Co Response Team, Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers' Association, PMHCA, and the law enforcement professionals we work with everyday to support the well being of everyone in our community.
