I find different aspects of nature resonate with me in different ways, and the growth and blooms of spring, burst of colors, and extended daylight awaken an energy in me.

With all the “to-do’s” this season, the stress is real- but be sure to slow down and be in the moment to enjoy (most of) the to-do’s!
