Lower Case Blues and Sweet Leda paid Lancaster, PA a visit on Friday 7/10 and played West Art for the first time. This was also my first time at this venue. Super cool place and amazing sets by both bands, with an all-in jam as icing on top!

The Redwoods State and National Parks (there are 4) are strewn over 60 miles of Northern California coastal area. There are very few signs, hardly any cell coverage and because the boundaries interconnect, it felt like one enormous continuous forest rather than four distinct parks. We were able to explore both Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park (near Orick) and Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park (near Crescent City). Our first stop was the Trees Of Mystery park where we walked the aerial netted suspension bridges. Our favorite was Howland Hill Road. It is truly a surreal and magical place!
