Canning Season is kicking in on the homestead. Today’s agenda, soup beans & ham, and yummy carrot soup with fresh carrots, onion, and celery all from our garden.
Tomorrow will be made from scratch baked beans.
The tomatoes are starting to ripen so soon we’ll be starting sauces, and I’ll be heading to the river soon to pick up some fresh sweet corn.
A little later in the season I’ll be heading back down for Ohio River tomatoes for my juice and soups.
