Welcome to a public sales group created to showcase and sell a wide range of items from my current and previous businesses— PROPARAZZI’S “WANDERLAND”, CHAMELEON COWGIRL, and SERENITY DESIGNS — as I begin an exciting rebranding and expansion!

This sale is part of a major effort to reduce existing inventory and make space in the barn for upcoming weddings, creative events, and new business ventures.

You’ll find an extensive variety of:

🏡 Home décor, textiles, and accessories previously featured in staging areas and styled rooms

🏷️The sales will take place throughout the HUGE bank barn, summer kitchen, and three tents, all being stocked with a vast assortment of inventory.

🎟️ I may possibly be offering PRESALE TICKETS prior to the OFFICIAL OPENING for a small fee…so if this interests you definitely keep an eye on updates!

📝 How to Claim Items listed in post on this page.

1. Comment “CLAIMED” or “SOLD” on the item’s post to purchase.

• The first person to comment gets the item.

• Comment “NEXT” to be next in line if a sale falls through.

2. If you have a question but want to hold your place, comment “SOLD pending question.”

• If you decide not to purchase, simply delete your comment so the next person can claim it.

3. You’ll have 7 days to pick up your items. Please only claim if you can pick up within that timeframe.

4. Include your intended pickup date in your comment as well as in a Personal message. If something changes, please message me — communication is key!

5. After claiming, please send a screenshot of each claimed item via Messenger to confirm.

My father has reunited with his bride as of October 21st as he also passed away now so I am updated this post.

Unfortunately announcing
***Temporary Outdoor Session Closure***

Dear Friends and Clients,

I wanted to let you know that I will be temporarily pausing all OUTDOOR sessions and tours on the Proparazzi property until at least SPRING of 2026. * The FARMHOUSE will remain available for use by appointment but will NOT be decorated for Christmas this year unfortunately.

Following my mother’s hospital stay and passing in April my brother and I have been alternating care for our 87-year-old father, whose health is rapidly declining. Dad has chosen to remain in the home he and my mother built, which requires us to be fully hands-on with his care (which is in another town) with overnight stays as needed We also have assumed their household and property responsibilities.

Due to these circumstances, I have not been able to maintain the back portion of the property since March. The combination of new responsibities, rain, summer heat and recent storm flooding has left the grounds overgrown with many trees of rooted along the creek (which destroyed my treasured bridge) as well as outdoor furniture has remained covered and not seasonally decorated as usual for several months. At this time, the outdoor areas are not in the condition I would want to present to you. My goal is to reopen for outdoor sessions late spring of 2026.

Looking ahead, I’ve been shifting a PORTION of my focus toward preparing the property for weddings, events and Airbnb options. I will be eliminating a large portion of my inventory, so stay tuned for an announcement and a link to be active in those sales if interested.

Once reopened, I believe you’ll enjoy the photography enhancements. For now, I feel it’s best to pause rather than risk offering a less-than-perfect experience.

You may bring a photographer with you or just make memories taking photos of your honey, family or grad etc. with dozens of staged areas and natural farmland! These gift certificates can be used at any time during 2026! 🌺
*There’s an option for gift certificates in my services menu. You may put in the notes when you would like to pick those up OR they will have one waiting for them upon arrival for their session!
