Crown Point Remodeling

Had an amazing family hire me to install 5 1/4” wood baseboards throughout there home. Really enjoyed doing this project. Trim work is one of my favorites.

Some before and after pictures of a condo in Columbus that had been rented out for 20 plus years. Customer wanted to spend as little as possible to get it ready for the market. Hardwood floors underneath the carpet were in great shape. Stripped wallpaper, patched and repaired plaster walls. Painted walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. New toilet and vanity in bathroom, painted mirror and lights in bathroom. If this was my property I would have removed the tile in the bathroom and replaced with new tile just around the tub/shower. Amazing what a little paint and elbow grease will do.

Glass block basement windows not only look nice, but also add additional insulation and security.
