Dude rolled into PA APCO 2026 Conference for two sessions this morning. It was great to see a couple of old friends & colleagues of the 9-1-1 industry and of course making some new connections. Samantha Hawkins of ThisGen 911 gave a great presentation on AI and its real possibilities when properly integrated into the 911 Center, AND its NOT replacing the human.
Another great session by Moe of Moetivations titled Pause Before You Post, Protecting The Profession We Love. This is some powerful stuff.
