World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is celebrated the last Saturday of April each year. This year, it’s held on Saturday, April 24.
At 10AM, throughout the world, people will be joining together at local classes to celebrate by doing Tai Chi and Qigong.
We are so happy that this year we will be hosting a FREE ME class celebrating this special day. We will be at Buchanan Park in Lancaster, PA, by the red bond house facing Race Street. Class will be held from 10-11:30AM!
It’s a great way to experience community and the benefits of tai chi, qigong, and meditative exercise! Come join us!

Introducing Dr Chris Laseter.
A native of the Bay Area, Dr. Laseter competed in Olympic style weightlifting and karate as a
young man. He sustained many injuries and obtained first-hand knowledge of chronic pain and disability. This was his path into the healing arts.
He is passionate about Daoism, Zen and Chinese Internal Arts, including Tai Chi and Qigong.
Dr Laseter is also a Board Certified osteopathic physician, having a private practice on Good Drive.
He lives in Lancaster with his wife, Leigh, and their three cats: George, Harry, and Wills.

This Saturday. November 14, 2020, Meditative-Exercise classes make the move to a virtual platform! Zoom classes allow you to learn and practice M-E with guidance in the comfort of your home.
This week we will begin with a review of the Tranquility Mudra.

Join us TOMORROW in beautiful Buchanan Park at 9:30AM for the second session of our Second Saturday Class Series! We will continue our study of mudras (hand gestures). If you missed our first class, don’t worry! We will give a full review of mudras learned in our first session.
Each class is designed to be stand alone and will also feature standing and walking meditation practices!
