"TWO-DIMENSIONAL SPACE, THREE-DIMENSIONAL SPACE"
A shape is a two-dimensional area that is defined in some way. It could be by a line, color, texture, or a variety of other ways. There are two types of shapes: Geometric and freeform (organic).
Two-dimensional art consists of painting, drawings, prints, and photographs, which differ from each other primarily in the technique of their ex*****on. Two-dimensional art, having its elements organized in terms of a flat surface, especially emphasizes the vertical and horizontal character of the picture's plane.
Three-dimensional art is observed in terms of its height, width, and depth. It is not flat like two-dimensional art. Pottery and sculpture are examples.
Three-dimensional art is comprised of three main elements: Balance, Proportion, and Rhythm.
NOTE: Balance- Refers to visual balance.
Proportion- Refers to the various parts of the three-dimensional object.
Rhythm- Is the repetition of line or shape within the overall form.
