🎃👻 BOO! The Brubaker Boo Hunt was a spooktacular success!

This week, our littlest pumpkins took part in a fun Boo Hunt around our offices! Hidden throughout the space were 12 bags — one for each month of the year — each with a little surprise inside to celebrate that month.

We loved seeing our employee-owners share the spirit of the season with their families. Thanks to everyone who helped make the hunt a frightfully fun tradition! 👻✨ Of course we had to put them to work after the fun 🤭

💚 Celebrating Our Brubaker All-Company Meeting 💚

Last Friday, our teams came together for our annual Brubaker All-Company Meeting — a day to learn, reflect, and celebrate what makes us proud to be Brubaker.

We reviewed our first 2024 ESOP evaluation results and deepened our understanding of what it means to be an employee-owned company — how ownership strengthens our culture, empowers our people, and connects each of us to Brubaker’s success.

From Brubaker Bingo to heartfelt stories, we shared moments that reflected our values, teamwork, and pride in the work we do every day. Together, we celebrated the moments that made us proud to be Brubaker over the past year and looked ahead to how we’ll continue growing as owners.

A highlight of the day was presenting Lyn Brubaker with the Brubaker Legacy Award in honor of her husband, Joe Brubaker — a talented plumber who would give the shirt off his back for anyone, anytime. Joe’s generosity, craftsmanship, and dedication remain at the heart of who we are. His legacy continues to guide our work and inspire how we show up for each other and our customers.

We also enjoyed some special touches that made the day even more memorable — thank you to Bevanda for our customized, newly branded tumblers and to Couture Cupcakes for the delicious sugar cookies featuring our new logo and “B” mark. We love seeing our refreshed brand come to life in such creative ways!

Here’s to continuously growing together through employee ownership, and celebrating another year of being proud to be Brubaker. 💚
