New session begins tonight! Classes are Monday & Wednesday nights from 7 - 8 pm and cost $25 monthly.
We teach all ages beginning at 7 to be more focused and more self-confident in oneself. Not only do we teach martial arts, but also self-defense techniques, weapons, etc.
Don't allow your limitations to stop you but allow us to train you to deal with your situation the best you can. We have many black belts with great teaching skills to help you become the martial artist you want to become.
There is no pre-registration needed so we will see you tonight!
New session is starting this Wednesday, so bring a friend, kick off your shoes and have some fun while you get your workout in and learn some new moves all at the same time.
$25 per month, every Monday & Wednesday from 7 - 8 pm at the Y!
