TEACH - True learning is demonstrated when student leaders teach the QBoL Program to others. Our goal is to develop leaders that will go back to their respective teams and lead in a way that motivates others to not only win on the field, but in life. MENTOR - Student leaders become mentors when they develop the resources needed to care for and guide those under their direction. Mentors are role models, coaches, teachers, and cheerleaders, advocates, effective listeners and communicators.
