Update on the Michelob Winter's Bourbon Cask Ale
After draining the Bourbon from the Chips it doubled it's color back in the bottle. I used two quart mason jars full of chips and filled with bourbon for 8 days. Removed added to bag with 4 Madagascar Vanilla Beans to Beer for 5 Days. Seems real close (even the Wife gave approval) Put in Keg day of Thanksgiving and topped with CO2 to carb. The Waiting begins again

Our Winter Cask Ale Clone brew went great Hit every number we were aiming for and all went well. Hopefully we are close to the original Brew
