I want to take a moment to thank the first responders of the City of Lancaster for their outstanding service this morning.
When we arrived, we found an unresponsive individual just outside our door. After multiple attempts to wake them were unsuccessful, we called 911. The response was incredibly fast. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and their team was able to revive the individual.
They handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and focus. Their presence brought calm to a difficult moment, and their care made a real difference.
We are truly grateful to have such dedicated first responders serving our community.
