Our Carciofi Raviolo, an absolute work of craftsmanship by our Pastaiola, is an ode to an iconic Italian ingredient and one of our favorite, the indelible artichoke.
Featured in this dish in three ways, the long singular raviolo is filled with a mixture of ricotta and slow-cooked artichokes. It is finished with braised baby artichokes and crispy fried artichoke hearts…
