Winter may have us in her icy grip, but this wee gem is off to her warmer forever home in Mount Solon, Virginia this week to join the Jones family ranch!
The family’s ‘J’ cattle brand is recreated with sandblasted pvc to look like wrought iron, floating over the hand-painted pictorial of a photo of the ranch and cattle supplied by the family - taking up the entire breadth of the western red cedar panel.
We sandblasted the sky above the mountains back a bit to get some extra depth and it looks incredible in person! Noella NAILED the pictorial - and it’s not easy to paint tiny cattle!! (The hardest Part is catching them!)😉
