A little life update… 💙

First, I want to say thank you for your patience if I’ve seemed a little quiet lately.

These past few weeks have been filled with wrapping up my schedule with my amazing Ohio clients, packing up my life, and preparing for a big move to Virginia. It’s a bittersweet season—I’m so grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their care over the years, and saying goodbye hasn’t been easy.

While I’m closing one chapter, I’m also working hard behind the scenes to build the next one. I’m getting everything ready to launch Massage & Flow, where I’ll be providing professional mobile massage therapy throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.

There are still a lot of moving pieces (literally!), but I can’t wait to share this new journey with all of you. Thank you for sticking with me during this transition. Your support, encouragement, and trust mean more than you know.

To all of my Ohio clients, friends, and family—I truly hope our paths cross again. If you ever find yourself vacationing in the Virginia Beach area, I’d love for you to reach out and book a massage. What better way to unwind and relax during your getaway than with a personalized massage in the comfort of your hotel, vacation rental, or beach house? And don’t worry—you may still see me around Ohio from time to time! I hope to offer pop-up availability whenever I’m back in town for a visit, so keep an eye out for those announcements.

A personal update from me…

As many of you know, I recently launched Sam’s Mobile Massage & Wellness while continuing to see clients at Elements of Healing. Unfortunately, due to the closure of Elements of Healing, I have had to make some difficult decisions about my future.

With this change happening sooner than anticipated, I have decided to relocate to Virginia to follow my calling to be by the ocean and pursue new opportunities.

Because of this move, I will no longer be accepting massage appointments after August 28, 2026.

I want to sincerely thank every client who has trusted me with their care over the years. Being a part of your wellness journey has been an incredible privilege, and I am deeply grateful for the support, referrals, friendships, and encouragement you’ve given me along the way.

Until then, I am available for appointments through both Elements of Healing and Sam’s Mobile Massage & Wellness. If you’ve been meaning to schedule a session, I would love the opportunity to see you before I leave.

Any outstanding credits must be redeemed by August 28, 2026.

Thank you for being part of this chapter of my life and business. While this goodbye is bittersweet, I’m excited for what lies ahead and will always cherish the connections I’ve made here.
