There was a moment in my life… not that long ago…
where everything looked “fine” on the outside —
but inside, I knew something wasn’t right.
And the scary part?
It wasn’t chaos.
It wasn’t rock bottom.
It was quiet… slow… and easy to ignore.
The kind of situation where you start second-guessing yourself.
Where you tell yourself, “maybe it’s not that bad…”
Where you stay longer than you should because you’ve already fought so hard to rebuild your life.
And after everything I’ve been through —
after fighting for my sobriety,
after becoming someone I’m proud of…
I never thought I’d be in a place where I’d have to choose my peace all over again.
But here I am.
And this time… I see it.
I see what I used to tolerate.
I see what I used to excuse.
I see how easy it is to lose yourself trying to hold everything together.
But I’m not that woman anymore.
I didn’t come this far
just to settle
just to stay quiet
just to survive
I came this far to LIVE.
So if you’re sitting in something right now that doesn’t feel right…
this is your sign.
Pay attention to that feeling.
It’s there for a reason.
I’m choosing me.
Even if it’s hard.
Even if it changes everything.
