I am looking for 6 canopies to build a haunted maze for our Community Center on October 26th. It is just for one night so they can be picked up the next morning if you need them back.
Anyone have some we can barrow or got one you don't need anymore?

I am so frustrated with irresponsible dog owners. I separate my dogs during feeding time to monitor how much each one is eating and to check if any of them lose their appetite. While one of my puppies was eating, a stray dog jumped into my yard and went after her for her food. If the dog had simply stuck its head in the bowl to eat, my dog would have let it. But instead, it attacked her. Now her face is swollen, and she has a couple of nicks on her head—just before her show this weekend. She’s barely over 6 months old. By the dog's Behavior I am certain this was regards to being excessively hungry.

She was the only one loose in the yard at the time, with the others in their runs or crates. She would have shared her food. The stray dog is now on its way to the pound. I’m not posting a picture because I don’t want anyone to recognize their dog and avoid picking it up because of a vet bill.

I just don’t understand how people can let their dogs roam freely without realizing the problems this can cause. Some think moving to the country means dogs should be turned loose, like their ancestors. But we domesticated dogs for a reason—they have predictable temperaments, but a hungry dog can act just like a wild one, no matter how well-trained.

Rant over. I hope the swelling goes down before the show on Saturday. I expect her to heal fully, but her face isn’t looking great right now.

Anybody in or near Olympia Washington who plans to drive down to the Northern California shows? I'm trying to help an elderly woman keep her bulldog. Since she cannot fly him because he's a bulldog. She has there has to get him a ride up there or she has to place him in a new home. Figured it couldn't hurt to ask if anybody's driving that way.
