Our Mission:
* Educate our residents about the risks associated with natural and man-made disasters, and how to be prepared.
* Provide residents with the knowledge and skills to keep themselves and their families safe, just in case.
* Provide safety support to our community. There are currently more than 235 active LWR CERT volunteers, organized into 20+ neighborhood teams within Lakewood Ranch Phase 1. For more information visit: www.lwrcert.org/join

Local Basic Training by some of the best trainers we know!
Please see the attached flyer of a evening CERT Basic class. The class must have a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 25 students.
The next scheduled Basic CERT class will be offered by Lakewood Ranch CERT in late September, check ww.lwrcert.org for information.
Lakewood Ranch CERT activated for our Hurricane Tim simulation — 14 teams, 4 hubs, Drone Team, and Medical Advisory Team all deployed. Incredible teamwork and readiness. Hurricane Tim gave us a chance to practice what matters most.
