From closed-off to the heart of the home! We’re thrilled to share this Eagan main floor renovation.

During the remodel, we carefully removed walls and thoughtfully relocated plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to improve the space. By opening up the layout and ensuring easy access from every entry, the kitchen naturally became the heart of the main floor, inviting everyone to gather and enjoy.

Overall, we loved collaborating with this awesome family. Their home is now beautifully suited for daily life and hosting special occasions. We hope they enjoy their new space for many years to come!
