I’ve known this buyer since he was about 5 years old — back when “big decisions” meant picking a snack or a bike helmet. Watching him grow up, work hard, and now purchase his first home is one of those moments that reminds me why I love what I do.
As an empty-nester mom, helping our “babies” reach milestones like this is emotional in the best way. I’m beyond honored that he trusted me with such a big step, and I am so dang excited for him!!

Choosing the agent that only tells you what you want to hear will cost you in the long run. Literally. 💰
👉🏻 All agents know the tale of the overpriced home. It goes through multiple price reductions and eventually sells for less than if it had been priced right from the start, with 10x the hassle and your valuable time wasted.
Talking price is TOUGH- how can you put a number on priceless memories? It can feel personal, but pricing is based on data and facts alone. Even with the possibility of not being hired, I am committed to having those hard conversations because overpricing NEVER works. 🙅🏻♀️
