Account Locked. Credit Destroyed. Business Blocked. Enough Is Enough. 05/13/2026

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

We have stayed quiet long enough.

Since early to mid-2024, our family and business have been fighting through account lockouts, unauthorized transactions, unlawful fees, mishandled disputes, credit destruction, and financial damage caused by the federal credit union we are with.

This has affected everything.
Our credit.
Our business.
Our ability to get financing.
Our ability to secure a warehouse.
Our ability to purchase inventory.
Our ability to hire.
Our ability to build our website.
Our ability to move forward with major opportunities we worked hard to earn.

My credit went from over 800 to under 500, and the damage has now reached our family, our children’s accounts, our business reputation, and the future we have been fighting to build.

Enough is enough.

We are taking aggressive legal action, and we are also evaluating whether this may support a possible class action if others have experienced similar harm.

This cannot be allowed to keep happening to us or anyone else.

Sometimes the biggest setbacks end up becoming the biggest turning points.

After nearly four years of planning and building behind the scenes, we recently experienced a major shift in our journey that forced us to rethink part of the roadmap moving forward.

At first, it was frustrating.

Now, we see it differently.

The mission has not changed.

The documentary continues.

The educational initiatives are still moving forward.

The vision for bluegrass preservation, storytelling, community impact, and long-term media infrastructure is still very much alive.

In many ways, this experience may have opened the door to building something even better than originally planned.

We also realized something important during this process:

The next property we pursue needs to involve people who truly understand the full vision behind what we are building—not just the real estate side of it, but the business model, growth strategy, and long-term mission as a whole.

I shared the full update and where we’re headed next on the blog.
