This week we’re throwing it back to a closed-down asphalt track that a lot of Midwest racers still remember.

✈️ It was built right beside an airport.
🔁 The facility had both an inner track and an outer track.
🚗 Over the years, it hosted late models, modifieds, street stocks, mini stocks, karts, and plenty of special events.
🔥 The fast asphalt, the airport next door, and the weekly racing atmosphere gave this place a personality all its own.
😔 The track closed at the end of 2019 after the property lease was not renewed.
