Is reality tv really reality????
The world will always show you the highlight reel, but rarely the healing, the hard work, or the heartbreak behind it.

For mentorship we challenged our girls to separate entertainment from reality.

Reality TV isn’t real life.
Social media isn’t the full story.
And comparison is dangerous when you’re comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s edited episode.

We talked about choosing who you want to become instead of becoming what you constantly consume. And about protecting your mind from content designed to entertain, not educate.
