As a barre instructor, during class I tell my clients to look in the mirror and be proud of what they are seeing. No matter where you are in your journey, always take time to acknowledge your body. Your imperfections are your perfections 💕

Vegetables are a powerful food that is loaded with minerals, antioxidants, fiber and protein (yep, some protein 💪).

You can cook veggies so many different ways; roasting, grilling, steaming and sauté. With the endless ways to cook vegetables, it’s guaranteed that you will not get tired of having vegetables in each meal per day, but rather crave them!

Vegetables has been linked to helping with weight loss because of the high fiber and water content. If you incorporate enough vegetables in your daily meals you will avoid snacking. Try to focus on letting vegetables taking over the majority of your lunch and dinner plate.
