I had a good sink in moment today.
Every time I train a new client, they fill out a little piece of paper on day one when we get done talking about their goals. I put a new piece of paper in the pile today and it sank in how many people I’ve had the priveledge of training in the Ozark area!💪

These papers represent THOUSANDS of hours of hard work, sweat, tears, laughter and any other emotion that people go through when they begin a new workout journey! These last four years have been fantastic and it couldn’t have been with better people! So grateful for every client that’s decided to train with me!

I truly want to thank every single one of you for trusting me with your fitness goals!
