Pride Diesel Racing

Need some input from the gear heads. I’m trying to get the a/c working in the tow truck (2000 Dodge Ram 2500). It worked previously but the drip hole was clogged causing it to dump water in the floorboard. So I evacuated the system and cleaned out the a/c suitcase and flushed the evaporator. I then replaced the following parts: discharge line, liquid line, compressor, accumulator, condenser, both pressure switches, and blower motor resistor. Pulled a 30 min vacuum and recharged the system. Now It is only blowing out at 70 degrees or higher. From what I’ve researched online there seems to be no evaporator thermostat. Not sure what could be the issue. Any input is appreciated. Robert Perry Michael McEnany Jr.
