Did you know that we were meant to eat foods that are in season? Eating fruits and vegetables which are in each season is a simple way to be sure you get an abundance of their nutrients and health benefits. Seasonal food is fresher, tastier and more nutritious than food consumed out of season.
Seasonal fruits are more delicious and more often are much brighter and more plump than non-seasonal foods. Check out this delicious array of foods and I hope you make an effort to eat this way each season around.

Meal prep is almost finished. This batch took me a little over 3 hours including all the clean up in between! Imagine that 3 hours of your time will buy you at least 5 ready made meals.
I am posting this because some of you think meal prepping is hard and time consuming. That might be true when you start out, but it gets better as you get into it more. The benefits outweigh any negatives here! You all know that!
