Currently serving Southern Orange County out of Break Of Dawn restaurant in Laguna Hills. Chef Doki hand selects all his fish and uses his highly skilled techniques in the curing process to deliver the best tasting sushi in town. All the sauces and ingredients are hand made and are carefully thought out to create each dish for a unique flavor.
