Our meals are designed by a Registered Dietitian, made fresh right here in Lake Charles, and are never frozen.

This means every meal:
✅ Is balanced with all 3 macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats)
✅ Includes micronutrients from fruits and vegetables
✅ Contains a minimum of 20g of protein with many meals over 40g of protein
✅ Keeps sodium in check for a well-balanced approach

We offer two options to get your meals:

• Delivery to your front door in an insulated freezer bag with ice packs for $10
• Free pickup at one of our 3 locations: Sulphur, Lake Charles, or Moss Bluff (pickup is on Friday’s and Saturday’s)

Meals are ready at our 3 pickup points! And for those of you who chose delivery, they should already be in your fridge lol.

If you didn’t know, we deliver meal prep every Friday (only Thursday this week because of upcoming holiday).

We text when meals are out for delivery and the send proof of delivery text message with the meals at your door.

We even pack the meals up in an insulated freezer bag with ice packs to keep meals cold for several hours.

This one is made to eat straight out of the cooler. Perfect for the ball park, the boat, or if it’s 98 degrees out and you don’t feel like eating a hot meal.

The regular size has 34g of protein and is less than 430 calories. Tastes fantastic and is portioned for results🙌

248 Cajun Pork Tenderloin and Mashed potato plates were delivered yesterday!

This has 30+ grams of protein and it’s under 360 calories. I promise you won’t find anything this macro friendly at a fast food joint.

Fun fact- pork tenderloin is just as lean as chicken breast. Sometimes we think pork is always a fatty meat, but it depends on the cut.

Sauce Spotlight! Don’t think that’s a thing but I’m doing it anyway.

The Baja sauce in the Baja bowl is legit. No pre packaged, sq**rt bottle sauces here. Real chipotle peppers in adobo sauce blended up with a light mayo and high protein, yogurt mixture.

Yes, it’s time consuming but the flavor kicks, and it’s low in calories and we wouldn’t want any other way.

We will have a few extras of these for sale in both our storefronts today. Get you one!

REMINDER: Due to the 4th of July- ordering closes on Monday this coming week and we will be delivering Thursday.
