As the last twenty years have come and gone, my vision at Success With Jess has evolved as my personal health and fitness goals have evolved.

2013: balanced eating for infertility

2019: nurse that fishing injury

Focus: FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

2022: listen to your body
-healing from trauma
Focus: ATTENTIVENESS

2024: just move
-living free
Focus: SELF LOVE

In every season there was pain and growth. Where I saw room for improvement, I worked and learned. Even when my heart and mind were set on selfish and sinful things I can see how so much experience and positivity was birthed from that period of time. I'm proud to say that I have the experiences I do in fitness (even if it meant learning a lot of it the hard way) because each struggle gave me more knowledge and insight on what's important to other women like me.

My personal life has had me decompressing for a few years but I'm happy to report that I'm ready to build this tribe again; this time, driven by my newest focus of SELF LOVE.
