What makes BSidesNOLA so special to me is the people. Full stop.

The Louisiana cybersecurity connections and friendly atmosphere at BSides NOLA means the world to me. Supporting my friends like Najo Ifield and Chris "Cpat" Patteson 🤠 is important to me too because they do the same for me.

And this year will be my first time attending as the Commander of the Louisiana State Guard Cyber Reserve Team, the VP of SAFE Net - Scam Awareness & Fraud Education Network and as the Cybersecurity Manager at Bollinger Shipyards. All are wonderful Louisiana based home grown organizations.

These three new roles are in addition to the long standing roles of President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance and a VP of the Louisiana Chapter of InfraGard. Can you tell I am “State-triotic”? LOL.

Looking forward to hanging out with my friends and co-workers from my various Louisiana based cybersecurity organizations on May 12th. Can’t wait to see yall soon!
