Seems like yesterday that I decided to become a licensed home inspector. I got licensed and insured. Studied everything I could, asked anyone who is anyone, everything I could. I quit my day job at FedEx and was not hired at 2 different inspection companies out of Jacksonville. Which turned out to be one of the best things to ever happen for my family. I had a crazy idea of starting my own company! I told myself, “I’ll give it a year and if it doesn’t workout, I can re apply or go back to FedEx”….. 3,000+ inspections later (with 8 so far scheduled for next week) I can confidently say, thank you to those 2 companies that did not need my lack of experience lol! (Really great companies by the way!)
