Gratitude is something that I have tried to practice daily. No matter how hard things get we can often find gratitude in the smallest things. Today I am infinitely grateful for life, my these two, my precious baby, my dear dear friends, my family, my practice, the conversations/challenges that continue to help me grow, the beautiful diversity in the world, the essential workers out there making things turn, the native tribes that continue to teach us so much, kindness, empathy, adaptability (big one for 2020 🙏🏽), animals and this incredible earth we all call home. 🍁
