At The SOUL Project we are all about Soul Places. We've wandered around a bit and been to a few, and our mission is to give you a way to connect with and support the future of yours. Whether it’s Laguna Soul, Sun Valley Soul or Montauk Soul, the idea is the same—we identify with places that feel good to us. The SOUL Project let’s people proudly proclaim their Soul Place by wearing one of our unique apparel items featuring Soul Place graphics from local artists, and at the same time feel good knowing that $1 from every item we sell goes to The SOUL Project Foundation, a 501c-3 that makes grants to local kids and environmental charities based on our sales volume in each market.

We’ve thought long and hard about what we really want to do when we grow up and what we want to do is build a sustainable company that allows us to support our families and make an immediate and positive contribution to the world around us while we’re at it. And we also want to have fun, because in the immortal words of Laguna Beach soul man Sli Dawg, “it’s not fun unless it’s fun”

The Art of Beginning Again 🌿

We arrive at the Spring Equinox — a moment of balance, where light and dark meet as equals.

Here in the western hemisphere, we step into spring.
And I’ll be celebrating the turning of the wheel in the northern hemisphere, where the season softens into autumn — a turning inward.

And yet, the invitation is shared.

To notice where you are.
To meet yourself here.

This threshold also marks the beginning of a new cycle — a return to the start, guided not by the calendar, but by nature.

And from this beginning, something new has been quietly taking root in my own daily rhythm…

This year I began a personal practice called 365 Days of Soul — a daily noticing of the seasons, the moon, and the quiet ways life speaks when we slow down enough to listen.

I’ll be sharing pieces of this, softly, over time.

For now, a simple reflection:

Where are you being invited to begin again… gently?
