Farm Block is a residential revitalization to commercial retail use. This development shares outdoor common areas for all family members to enjoy including a community garden, dog run, playground areas, and an amphitheater with a stage for live music. The Farm Block exhibits unique art features such as a flying fence, teepees, oversized adirondack chairs and an 8' tall chicken. Some major tenants include Smoke Queen BBQ and Boba Guys. Scope of Work:
Design Management and Permit Processing - managing all design consultants (architect, landscape architect, civil engineer, structural, soils, and MEPs) and city departments to process plan check and obtain construction permits.
Pre Construction - requesting for bids from four general contractors, bid comparison, responding to RFIs, and conducting tours and interviews with all GCs.
Construction Management - weekly site meetings, budget management, scheduling, invoicing, procurement tracking and approvals
