Meet Steve Hill!

Fun Facts:
1. In 8th grade Steve believed he would play professional sports so he developed his perfect autograph for future fans. He never played professional sports but still has an unforgeable signature.
2. Steve has never sat around a bonfire he didn’t enjoy or regretted spending time outdoors.
3. Steve is often outdoors hiking, hunting, playing with his kids, coaching, working, running a chainsaw, relaxing or just conversing with great people.
4. Steve’s senior quote, which he believes even more today “Life is too short to have regrets”.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in building, training and running organizations. He excels at
developing processes that focus on sales, growth, efficiency and production. He has built and led teams for several large companies, including Gatorade where he managed a regional sales team responsible for over $400m worth of sales and led growth in 42 territories, for 3 straight years - lovate sports nutrition - where Steve helped build a team that grew sales from $32m to $134m in 4 years - and as a Partner of a Construction Company - where he helped grow the company 15x’s, to over 100 employees, working in 12 states, in 4 years.

As a business coach and speaker Steve has trained thousands in the areas of goal setting, financial management, personal responsibility, discipline and strategy.

Steve has a passion for seeing opportunities and developing strategies to make visions a reality.
