Want to improve your scores on the sporting clays course? One of the biggest keys to hitting more targets is keeping your eyes on the clay—not the barrel. Focus on the leading edge of the target, maintain a smooth gun movement, and follow through after the shot. Consistency in your stance, mount, and focus will lead to more broken clays and greater confidence on every station.
Remember: the target tells you where to shoot—if you watch it closely enough.
